There is something of the machinery left. The base and the base of the tower is reddish. On the main door of this windmill there is the coat of arms of Grand Master Gregorio Carafa (1680-1690) which may indicate that an earlier structure already existed before the present building which bares the date 1757. In a commemorative writing attached to this structure we learn that this windmill bares the name of ?Jesus of Nazareth?. Its architect was Francesco Zerafa and the mason was Master Nicola Camilleri of Siggiewi. In use till 1925. Lost its wings appr.1928.
