Built in the days of Grandmaster Niccolo Cotoner. The place is called tal-Qaret. The is a mill stone outside. The mill belonged to Carmenu Zammit. He was born in the mill about 1851.He died in 1947. He had as nickname in nanna ( il garet), that's how got the mill its name.
