In the mid of the 19th century, the brothers Lorenzo, Giuseppe and Randu Camilleri settled in Gozo, and during 1853 they built this windmill situated at the outskirts of Nadur, very near the locality of Qala. Called after its owner. In a bad condition. During the second world war the grand parents of Charles Pool were living in the mill.
