The mill was built in 1724 by Manoel de Vilhena. There was a bakery attached to the mill. The miller and his family were living in the mill. The mill had a bad quality of stones and mortar and had to be rebuilt in 1784. In April 1784 the new mill came in use. Miller was Giorgio Xicluna. The tower has a conical roof. In use as a farmhouse.
